Psalms 60:5-12

5 ^aThat Your ^bbeloved may be delivered,

6 God has spoken in His ^{▼▼ Or sanctuary

“I will exult, I will portion out ^gShechem and measure out the valley of ^hSuccoth.
7 ⁱ“Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine;
^jEphraim also is the ^{▼▼ Lit protection}helmet of My head;
Judah is My ^{▼▼ Or lawgiver
,} ^mscepter.
8 ⁿ“Moab is My washbowl;
Over ^oEdom I shall throw My shoe;
Shout loud, O ^pPhilistia, because of Me!”

9 Who will bring me into the besieged city?
Who ^{▼▼ Or has led}will lead me to Edom?
10 Have not You Yourself, O God, ^rrejected us?
And ^swill You not go forth with our armies, O God?
11 O give us help against the adversary,
For ^tdeliverance ^{▼▼ Lit of}by man is in vain.
12 ^{▼▼ Or In or With}Through God we shall ^wdo valiantly,
And it is He who will ^xtread down our adversaries.
